Paul Fecteau is a Licensed Private Detective and a Member of the Kansas Association of Licensed Investigators. He has worked as a background investigator for several national companies, working on contracts for government entities including the Department of Homeland Security. He previously served as probation officer in Shawnee County. He authored a column titled "Cold Case Kansas" for an alternative newspaper and has appeared on local radio and T.V. to comment on missing persons and homicide cases. He holds an Master of Fine Arts degree in Creative Writing from Wichita Sate University and spent a decade teaching literature courses at Baker University, Kansas State University, and Washburn University.
