Service of Process

For Service in Topeka and Shawnee County:

A fee of $75 covers one day and one evening attempt. Subsequent attempts are $75 per hour and $0.75 per mile contingent upon contact with the client. Attorneys may send requests and documents to the above address and be billed upon effective service.

For Service anywhere in Kansas beyond Shawnee County:
